We currently have 2 courses available
Christchurch Rowing Club is fortunate to have a large adult squad of both male and female members, ranging from new comers to seasoned rowers. The primary focus of the club is to compete in the Hants and Dorset Coastal Championships which consists of 13 regattas held by various clubs along the coast with crews competing to win as many races as possible and claim the championship title. There are also opportunities to enter river events and to row in large and small boats, sweep or scull.
2025 Course Dates
We are pleased to announce the dates of this year’s adult competitive Learn to Row courses.
Please note a separate course will be planned for those interested in our recreational rowing.
Course 1 - Saturday
This course is aimed at males and females over 18 years of age who are interested in learning to row and join one of our competitive squads. No previous experience is needed.
The course runs over 6 consecutive weeks.
Days / Times:
Saturday 10.30 - Midday (Water Training)
Tuesday 19.00 - 20.00 (Land Training)
Thursday 19.00 - 20.00 (Land Training)
Course Cost: £75
Start Date: Saturday 20th September
End Date: Sunday 25th October
