CRC benefits from a well-appointed club lounge and bar situated upstairs. The lounge also has a large balcony area and benefits from superb views along the River Stour at Christchurch, making it a great venue for your special event. There is also a dance floor, and facilities for a DJ or band to provide music if required.

The lounge is available for hire anytime, apart from the normal club opening hours of Friday evenings and Sunday lunchtimes.

As well as providing a great venue for birthday parties, wedding receptions and anniversary celebrations, the venue is also suitable for other types of functions. Currently we have a number of art classes and health groups who use it during the day.

The lounge has a fully stocked bar, with a great range of beers, lagers and ciders on tap, together with wines, spirits and soft drinks. We try to keep prices reasonable and we will provide bar staff as part of an evening function.

Rates

Day time (with no bar) - £15/hour

Day time (With bar) - £30/hour

Evening time - 7-Midnight £150 with any additional hours being charged at £30/hour

Capacity

Approximately 100 people but the venue also works well for smaller groups.

Rental Agreement

To rent the club lounge you will need to be a member of CRC. Social membership can be arranged for this purpose if you are not currently a member. This will also give you access to the social facilities at other times. To comply with our licensing requirements, a guest list for your event must be provided in advance of the event taking place and be displayed on the club notice board.

Deposit

£100, payable at the time of booking to secure the desired date. The deposit will be returned to you provided no damage occurred during your event.
